Mrs. Navarro coordinates and manages diverse HR activities, including strategic management, workforce planning and employment, human resource development, and HR development.  She designs, develops and implements services, policies, and programs, resulting in an employee-centered, high-performance culture.

Mrs. Navarro was a tenured Federal Civil Service employee with more than 20 years of experience prior to assuming her position at LSG.  Her professional experience includes Director of Disbursing Division, Directorate of Civilian Pay, 266th Theater Finance Command, Heidelberg, Germany.  Earlier in her career, Mrs. Navarro served as Senior Accounting Analyst, Defense Commissary Agency in Heidelberg; Disbursing Officer, Finance and Accounting Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and Property Book Officer DEH, Supply/Maintenance Division, Property Control Branch at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Navarro graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. She attended Richard Bland College of The College of William and Mary, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associate of Science Degree in Business.  Mrs. Navarro is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, and Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
