As a senior officer of the corporation, Mr. Frazer provides guidance, mentorship and leadership skills to the President and staff of LSG.  He develops and oversees the implementation of the Business Plan and all marketing efforts. 

Mr. Frazer has worn many hats throughout his illustrious career, prior to his affiliation with LSG.  He served as Vice President for a Virginia-based logistics and technology company, where he established a Corporate Branch Office in the Richmond/Petersburg/Fort Lee area.  He managed and directed all operational, financial, and marketing activities for this field office.  As Vice President of a Virginia-based logistics and technology company, Mr. Frazer directed all staff and field operations, and coordinated contract requirements. 

Mr. Frazer served twenty years as Director of the Automated Supply and Maintenance Systems, Software Development Center-Lee (SDC-L), where he exercised program level authority for the development and maintenance of twenty Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS).  Mr. Frazer directed the work of 270 computer specialists in the life cycle software management of U.S. Army Logistics STAMISs, and he worked in system development for several target platforms and software baselines.  Mr. Frazer implemented development methodologies that included the most advanced concepts employed by the Department of Defense.
