Mr. Moffett is based at Fort Lewis, Washington and manages the CONUS Support Base Services (CSBS) contract.  CSBS provides contractor augmentation to support mobilization, demobilization, deployment and redeployment requirements. Mr. Moffett leads a site management team and a diverse organization providing support across a wide spectrum of base support services to include Human Resources, Planning, Mobilization, Facilities, Transportation, Services, Information Management, Training, and Security.

Prior to joining LSG, Mr. Moffett worked with other defense contractors. As a military analyst he advised I Corps about Army Modularity conversion.  Mr. Moffett supported the equipping of Army units through the Rapid Fielding Initiative. As a technical analyst, he evaluated the first Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) for deployment capability prior to congressional certification.

Mr. Moffett served 32 years with the Washington Army National Guard, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His career focus was on mobilization/demobilization of Reserve Component units, readiness improvement and force structure management.
Mr. Moffett holds a BA Degree from The Evergreen State College, and an M.B.A. from Touro University International. He is also a certified Mediator for dispute resolution.
