As President and CEO of Logistics Solutions Group (LSG), Ramon Navarro leads a diverse organization of 400 professionals that provides systems integration, information technology, systems engineering and professional services to customers in the defense, federal, civil, and commercial sectors.  

Before founding LSG in 1999, Mr. Navarro served as the Project Manager for various U.S. Government projects.  Mr. Navarro supervised the planning, execution and delivery of government contracts totaling millions of dollars and spanning over three years. Demonstrating the Company’s project management philosophy, he focused on providing clients with constant updates and dependable availability, to seamlessly provide a full-service experience that is impossible to duplicate. Mr. Navarro facilitated communications between the client and the project team to efficiently manage each stage of the project from development to delivery by establishing timelines, setting project goals and allocating resources, as well as collecting assets and approvals.  He always delivered on-time and within budget.

Mr. Navarro served 30 years in the United States Army, retiring with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer and culminating his illustrious Army career as Change Agent, U.S. Army Supply Chain Management and Distribution Management.

Mr. Navarro holds an AA in General studies from the University of Maryland, and a BBA and M.B.A. from Cameron University.  He is also a graduate of the Clark Atlanta University Executive Program.
