Logistics Solutions Group, Inc., an information technology and logistics support and services company, received ISO 9001:2008 certification on May 14th, 2007 from Standards American Registration Authority (SARA). This standard represents an international consensus on good management practices with the aim of ensuring that a company can continually deliver products and services that meet the customers’ quality requirements.

As part of this certification process, SARA performed an on-site certification audit at the Hopewell, VA facility and worked closely with the team at Logistics Solutions Group to determine and verify standards compliance. In order to ensure that the high level of standard set by the ISO is constantly being practiced after certification, Logistics Solutions Group will be subject to surveillance audits of both documentation and processes under the ISO 9001 guidelines. These types of audits are common practice with this certification and only strengthen the quality processes already in place at Logistics Solutions Group.
